Weekly Pay
NES will pay each Associate on a weekly basis. Time Sheets are to be received by the office no later then Monday at 12:00pm.

Direct Deposit
NES understands that every Associate should have access to their paycheck as soon as possible. That is why NES has a direct deposit system in place to make your funds available to you the moment your pay is processed.
NEW!!!:For those of you who do not want to pick up their cheque or choose to not use direct deposit but would like to receive their cheque immediately. NES has a personal bankcard that is offered to our Associates. This card is not affiliated with any bank. This card is in place so that NES can deposit your money into an account that you can use at any location that accepts bankcards and your balance can always be reviewed on the Internet.

Temporary, Permanent or Contract work
Temporary Contracts: (a good way to “get your foot in the door”)
A Temporary Contract is the terminology used for Associates who will be working at a clients work location for an unspecified period of time while maintaining your employment with one emplyer.
This happens for several reasons and the most common reasons are:
- It allows the clients to properly evaluate your skills before making a commitment to place you onto their payroll as their employee.
- The Client requires someone with your skill set to replace someone who is on vacation, maternity leave, unexpected workload or contract work.
Permanent Contracts:
A permanent Contract is when our clients use our services to help them find a Candidate for an open permanent position. NES will proceed with all the required screening and assessments required to qualify an individual for the position and NES will present the best-qualified Candidate to our Client for an interview. This allows the Client to continue their day-to-day operations while actively recruiting for the best match.
Sub-Contract:
Some clients require the services of a Sub-Contractor, someone who currently has his or her own business license, insurance and work history. NES will screen all potential Sub-Contractors for our Clients to facilitate the administrative work.

NES understands that everyone knows someone who is underpaid, overworked and underappreciated. We would like to reward your help in finding us the best-qualified Candidate for our Job of the Day.
Every month, NES will have a job posted with a brief description and pay rate and we are willing to reward you with a referral bonus if the person you have referred gets hired for the position and maintains the positions for a specified period of time.
